Genetic Anomalies: Hybrids and Familiars

Every now and then, in the course of purging werewolf virus from its organism, a Shadow Wolf can become so terribly infected that it hybridizes, making the Shadow Wolf susceptible to some of the traits of the viral carrier.

Familiars are creatures that respond to and bond with Shadow Wolves in unwavering loyalty. These helpful beings can either be wolves or humans with wolf genetic links.
